Tarian Mak Inang

Mak Inang dance was created during the Malay Sultanate of Malacca. This dance is very famous in the past as it is known today. The title song Mak Inang who accompanied this dance has been devised by Sultan Mahmud Shah who loves art. This order has been issued by the Sultan to the head of the host or the head of the dayang to be taught to the shepherds to be presented to the Sultan during the celebration. The songs and dances are exquisite and have the quality of castles. This dance is also called the Chinese Flower Siang Dance. Nowadays, Mak Inang dance, also known as Inang Dance (a more modern version of Mak Inang dance) is performed at parties and weddings
