2018 Customer Management Course

PKKSSAAS, 22 JAN 2018 – Located at Main Hall’s Foyer, Arts and Cultural Center of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah (PKKSSAAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia has taken place a Customer Management Course organized by PKKSSAAS, UPM.


The course aimed to provide awareness and improve quality and customer management services to all staff at PKKSSAAS. PKKSSAAS invited Mrs Fatimah Abdul Samad from Marketing and Branding Section, Corporate Strategy and Communication Office at UPM as a speaker. This course emphasized on customer management at the counter where it is the image and customer’s first impression on a Responsibility Center (RC). The course started on 10.30am and ended around 2 hours later.

         


In line with the university’s desire to provide the best service to customers, hopefully this course will provide awareness to all staff at PKKSSAAS  and a little bit of knowledge learned can be applied in everyday work in providing the best service to customers at PKKSSAAS.
