PKKSSAAS Towards EKSA Culture

SERDANG - Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Arts and Cultural Centre (PKKSSAAS) launched an initiative to implement the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) following an agreement with all its staff in a meeting held on 8 January 2020.

PKKSSAAS EKSA Deputy Chairman, Encik Muhamad Risanuddin Fahmy bin Mohd Nasir, said the main objective of practicing EKSA at PKKSSAAS is to create a conducive work environment and to add value to the corporate image of PKKSSAAS.

"In line with the rebranding of the implementation of the current 5S Quality Environmental Practices to the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) which will be implemented in January 2021, I hope that at least 50% of the space in PKKSSAAS will practise EKSA during the first year of its implementation."

He added that Amirul Iskandar who started work at PKKSSAAS on 2 January 2020, served at the Faculty of Agriculture, UPM under the Agro-preneurship Incubation Unit for two years. He will be stationed at the Administrative and Corporate Section, PKKSSAAS.

"Inculcation of EKSA is in line with the university's mission, in particular, its efforts to ensure a process, an approach or a culture is practised based on service innovation and creative characteristics, while at the same time contributing to the improvement of the quality of service delivery to clients", he said when chairing the PKKSSAAS EKSA committee meeting recently.
