PKKSSAAS Serdang - Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Arts and Cultural Centre (PKKSSAAS) UPM had a Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) benchmarking visit to the Public Service Department (JPA), Putrajaya. The group, which included 9 staff members and was led by the Director of PKKSSAAS, Mr. Husalshah Rizal Hussian, was welcomed by the JPA Deputy Director of the Management Services Division, Mr. Burhan Mat Sum.

The focus of this visit was to gain from the sharing of the EKSA culture practices that have been implemented among JPA staff and to see some of the EKSA activities that have been successfully conducted throughout the years 2016 to 2022, including the EKSA Familiarization and Cultivation Workshop, the EKSA Corner Competition, and several other activities.

The JPA gave a warm welcome and accompanied the PKKSSAAS staff to several locations including reception counters, suraus, offices, meeting rooms and other locations that can be used as references and guides for PKKSSAAS staff.

This visit took into account the recognition that had been awarded to JPA by MAMPU who had awarded them the Excellent certification for the years 2017, 2019 and 2020.
