Customer Charter

  1. Customers will get confirmation feedback of booking receipt to use the Great Hall or Experimental Theatre of PKKSSAAS within not more than seven (7) working days.
  2. Customer will be informed of the outcome (pass or fail) the Great Hall of Experimental Theatre’s booking usage within not more than fourteen (14)working days from the date we accepta complete booking’s application form.
  3. Customers will get confirmation’s feedback of acceptance bookingfor arts and cultural groups’ service within not more than seven (7) working days.
  4. Customers will be informed of the outcome (pass or fail) booking for arts and cultural services within not more than fourteen (14) working days from the date we accept a complete booking’s application form.
