BOOKING PROCEDURE

 

Main Hall/ Experimental Theatre and Cultural Services Booking Procedure

  1. Applicants can contact 03-97697327 or 03-97697324 to check the availability of the halls before filling in the booking form.

 

  1. To make a reservation, applicants must fill in the Main Hall and Experimental Theatre Booking Form (OPR / PKK / BR01 / Booking 01) or the Cultural Services Booking Form (OPR / PKK / BR01 / Booking 02) which can be downloaded from https://pkkssaas.upm.edu.my/ or obtain a printed copy from the Booking Counter located on the Ground Floor of Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah Arts and Cultural Centre.

 

  1. The information provided in the Booking Form must be complete and accurate and must comply with all the application requirements.

 

  1. Applicants must submit the Main Hall and Experimental Theatre Booking Form, and/or the Cultural Services Booking Form in person, survey the venue (if necessary) and get the information on the facilities and rates (if applicable).

 

  1. Applicants will be notified within 14 working days from the date the application was submitted. Applicants are requested to provide feedback and confirm the agreement within 14 working days from the date of the email or approval form. Booking application will be cancelled if no response is given within the stipulated period.

 

  1. Applicants can use the Main Hall and Experimental Theatre Booking Form, and/or the Cultural Services Booking Form Checklist below as a guide when filling in the application form.

 

 

  1. Modes of Payment:
    1. cash at the Treasurer's Office (Counter 3) or;
    2. cheque issued to UPM Treasurer or;
  • EFT / Cheque Deposit Machine / ATM transfer to account number "80-0215196-3" (Kira-Kira Am UPM)

 

 Payment must be made within 7 working days, and a copy of the payment slip must be submitted as proof of payment.

 

 

 

  1. If a payment is made through L.O (Local Order), applicants must submit the LO within 7 working days before the programme/event commences, and the payment must be made no later than 21 working days after the programme/event.

 

  1. After a payment is remitted, PKKSSAAS will appoint an Event Manager (venue and technical preparation) to help applicants manage the programme based on the requirements stated in the application form.

 

  1. Applicants must submit a complete and up-to-date programme schedule and layout proposal to PKKSSAAS within one (1) week prior to the event.
