Kami berkesempatan bertemu dengan Puan Rokiah Pureh, 54 yang berasal dari Kg Bukit Ketiri yang meneruskan warisan kuih dangai yang telah diusahakan dari tahun 2015. Kumpulan Travelog Seni Budaya Perlis, Adi Indera berpeluang untuk menyaksikan dan mencuba sendiri cara pembuatan serta mempelajari sejarah kuih dangai itu sendiri. Kuih ini diperbuat daripada adunan tepung pulut, kelapa parut serta gula dan kebiasaannya dibakar hingga garing didalam acuan khas. Kebiasaannya kuih ini disajikan sebagai sajian minum petang serta di majlis-majlis keraian.

PROGRAM INTELEK SENI 2026: KEINDAHAN EKOLOGI BUDAYA Jabatan Kebudayaan dan Kesenian Negara (JKKN) dengan kerjasama Pusat Kebudayaan dan Kesenian Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah (PKKSSAAS), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) telah berjaya menganjurkan Program Intelek Seni 2026 yang bertemakan â€˜Keindahan Ekologi Budayaâ€™. Program ini bermatlamat untuk meneroka hubungan antara alam semula jadi dalam pemeliharaan warisan budaya serta memperkasakan kearifan tempatan demi kelestarian ekosistem pada masa kini. Program yang berlangsung di Panggung Percubaan UPM ini telah diserikan dengan kehadiran Encik Rosnan bin Abdul Rahman, Timbalan Ketua Pengarah (Dasar & Perancangan) JKKN; Encik Mohamad Muda bin Bahadin, Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Warisan Negara; Encik Husalshah Rizal bin Hussian, Pengarah PKKSSAAS UPM; Prof. Madya Dr. Siti Suriawati binti Isa, Pengetua Kolej 12 UPM; serta Puan Salmiyah binti Ahmad, Pengarah Bahagian Dasar & Penyelidikan JKKN. Turut hadir bersama adalah barisan Ketua Jabatan serta para pelajar UPM yang memberikan sokongan penuh terhadap penganjuran program ini. Pihak penganjur juga ingin merakamkan setinggi-tinggi penghargaan dan ucapan terima kasih kepada barisan panel jemputan iaitu Dr. Noor Azizi Mohd. Ali, Datuk Jasni Mat Lani, dan Encik Abu Hassan Morad. Segala perkongsian ilmu, idea, serta kupasan bernas yang disampaikan oleh para panelis sepanjang sesi diskusi ini amatlah dihargai dalam usaha memperkukuh sinergi antara kelestarian alam dan warisan budaya negara.
